Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
