At BookSip Coasters, every order is carefully prepared, crafted, packaged, and shipped with attention to detail. Our goal is to ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Production Time

Each BookSip Coaster is individually produced and prepared after your order is placed.

Our typical production time is 8–9 business days per order.

During busy periods, holidays, product launches, or high order volume, production times may be longer than expected. Because each item is individually made, additional orders may increase overall processing times.

If there are any significant delays with your order, we will keep you updated via email throughout the process.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders.

Pre-order items require additional production time and may take longer than our standard processing schedule. If an item is listed as a pre-order, please allow extra time for fulfillment.

We will provide regular updates via email and notify you once your order has shipped.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after it has been issued.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first.
